The Hike today

Was really great.  It was hard but a great hike in the chumash wilderness an area I had never explored before.  The hike started at around 7500 feet so the up hills were felt quite strong as we had no time to acclimate to the elevation.  We went all the way to Mt. Pinos at around 8850 feet had our lunch and started back.  The last mile or so was extreme uphill we were tired and I was starting to feel that pulsing headache.  But all in all a great hike the weather was perfect, right around 72 F.

Tomorrow we go hiking to Mt. Pinos in the Los Padres National forest.  I'm looking forward to it.
